STEVE KYLE MARKETING CORPORATION respects privacy and processes personal data only as needed to operate Instyle Content Operations.
We may process account authorization data obtained through official OAuth flows, basic account identifiers, videos and captions submitted by authorized users, publishing settings, publishing status, and technical logs needed for security and troubleshooting.
We use this information to authenticate authorized accounts, submit user-approved content, display publishing results, maintain internal records, protect the service, and resolve technical issues.
When TikTok is connected, we use data only for the features a user authorizes. We do not collect TikTok passwords, sell TikTok user data, or disclose it to unrelated third parties. A user may disconnect an account at any time; we then stop using the related authorization token and delete it in accordance with our retention practices, unless retention is required by law or necessary for security and audit purposes.
Access is limited to authorized personnel. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including role-based access controls and protected storage for sensitive credentials. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
