Instyle Content Operations

These Terms of Service govern use of Instyle Content Operations, an internal content operations system operated by STEVE KYLE MARKETING CORPORATION.
The service is intended only for authorized personnel managing company-owned or formally authorized social-media accounts. Users must keep their access credentials secure and use the service only for legitimate business purposes.
Where a user connects a TikTok account, the connection is made through TikTok's official authorization process. Users must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and all applicable laws. The service does not collect TikTok passwords or bypass TikTok authentication.
Authorized users remain responsible for the videos, captions, rights, disclosures, and publishing choices submitted through the service. Content must not be unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or otherwise prohibited by applicable platform policies.
We may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, or business operations.
